My name is Courtney Slade and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Delmar, NY, a suburb of Albany, NY. I provide therapy (via Telehealth) to clients based in and around the capital region and throughout New York State.
As a therapist dedicated to working with individuals who have experienced attachment trauma and other adverse events, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of poor coping skills, relationship challenges, and issues related to self-esteem and self-worth. I seek to find the root causes of their struggles and work collaboratively to develop healthier patterns of relating to themselves and others. I hope to work together to empower my clients to heal from their past traumas, enhance emotional resilience, and foster stronger, more fulfilling relationships over time.
