My name is Courtney Slade and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Delmar, NY, a suburb of Albany, NY. I provide therapy (via Telehealth) to clients based in and around the capital region and throughout New York State.
As a therapist dedicated to working with individuals who have experienced attachment trauma and other adverse experiences, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of challenges in childhood and beyond (ie emotionally immature or emotionally unavailable parents), relationship challenges in adulthood, poor self-esteem and negative sense of self or low self-worth. I seek to find the root of their struggles and work collaboratively to develop healthier patterns of relating to themselves and others, especially in their coping and recovery. I hope to work together to empower my clients to heal from their past traumas, enhance emotional resilience, and foster stronger, more fulfilling relationships over time.
